Chocolate Mille Crepe with Strawberries and Cream

Ingrediens:

1 extra-large egg
1 cup milk
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup+1 tbsp flour
15 strawberries
mint
chocolate syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream + 1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Preparation:

Combine the milk and sugar and microwave until warm.
Whisk the egg in a bowl and mix in the milk & sugar mixture in thirds.
Sift in the cocoa powder and flour and mix.
Let the batter sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
In the meantime, whip your cream and slice the strawberries.
Pour a thin layer of batter onto a heated frying pan and cook until both sides are dry.
Repeat until all the batter is cooked.
Put a sheet of crepe onto a plate, followed by whipped cream and then the sliced strawberries. Repeat until you’ve used up all the crepes and strawberries.
Top with more strawberries, a sprig of mint and chocolate syrup.
