Teriyaki Chicken Noodles

Teriyaki Chicken Noodles

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 spring onions, chopped
250 grams fresh egg noodles

Sesame seeds, to garnish

PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, combine all the teriyaki sauce ingredients with a spoon and set aside.
2. Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for about 10 minutes with the salt and pepper.
3. Next, stir in the spring onions and fry for about 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir in the noodles.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
6. Enjoy!
