How to make Sushi Balls (Vegetarian)

Sushi Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup calrose rice
350 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon plain rice vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup table
1 avocado
a hint of lime juice
4 tbsp sesame seed

Directions:

1. Cook rice according to package directions, in this case it 1 cup of rice for 350 ml of water over medium heat for 30 minutes.
2 . When the rice is still warm add salt, rice vinegar and maple syrup.
3.  Cut small avocado balls, sprinkle with lime juice, using damp hands cover with rice and shape into balls.
4.  Top with sesame seeds and serve.
